Has Snell turned a new leaf?

Postby kingmike74 » Sun May 25, 2008 6:25 pm

Odds Snell has 2 good outing this week @ Cincy and @ St. Louis?

He looked better last time but he can flat be a killer if he reverts back to previous form.

He's still allowing a lot more hits and walks than he did in 2006 and 2007. His last two starts at home look pretty good but he still hasn't done enough to suggest a complete turnaround.

Since his road stats look pretty bad right now...32.1 IP, 46 hits, 10 BBs, 24 Ks, and an ERA of 5.85. I'd be surprised if we see much improvement from him next week.

His BABIP is about 30 points higher than his career norm...but I'm not sure what his deal is...I've always been a Snell fan..but if he is anything subpar in this two-start week, I'll look to the waiver wire..
Why don't they just get a house that's already painted?

It's a slow start. He's been crazily unlucky when pitching away.
I would buy low on him.

Problem is, if I pick him up, he must start.

I only have two reserve spots and they are filled with injuries. I guess I can wait to grab him later tonight, when the next scoring period starts.

I think your new scoring period might start in a few minutes as there are a couple games this afternoon. Mine runs Monday - Sunday and begins at first pitch, first game Monday.
