Lackey, Raf Soriano, Furcal, Peavy, C. Young, Buchholz, BJ, Ryan and now Holliday all on the DL now or at some point... man, I hope this doesn't last too long
I just traded Dice-K for Holliday...heheheee. I'd also think if it was a really serious injury we'd have heard by now. Hopefully its 15 days and then back.
I think if you want to make a move for him now would be the time to buy low. Hamstrings can be tricky, but I'm not too worried about Holliday. He's not like Chone Figgins who is known for pounding the base paths (though the 8SB's have been nice so far from him) so I think he'll take it easy when he first comes back and should be alright.

I disagree completely with this sentiment. Personally I would stay away from Holliday at this point. Think about Arod who returned too quickly and was out for 4 weeks. Think Tulowitzki who has been rehabbing his own hamstring injury. While you are correct that he is not a burner on the basepaths and thus doesn't put as much strain on his hammy, but I dont think at this point you can assume he will be fine with the 15 days. I'd wait to see he's healthy before I dealt for his injury risk...
Well Jake..you are telling your cafeholics to basically stay away from a guy RANKED 11th going foward according to ESPN. Way to go there pal!
There has been NO word so far to indicate that Holliday is going to be out longer than June 10th, or that this injury will linger. Holliday (left hamstring) will begin a three-game rehab assignment Thursday at Triple-A Colorado Springs, the Denver Post reports. They wouldn't let this prized possesion play if there was any chance he might further damage his hammy. Holliday will be traded at some point this season and if he is hurt the Rockies will not get anything for him. They were treaing this situation with the utmost care.
