Yahoo League Vote on Trades

I set this as my trade review option...does anyone know the details? Like how many votes it takes to shoot down a trade, and if a certain number of yes votes can pass it through?

Nothing to do with yes', a non vote is basically a yes vote. I think it is 4 votes against to get it overturned.

4 votes is for public league, since yahoo private league can have wide range of teams (maybe even as low as 4 teams per league), wouldn't # of veto votes be adjusted to 1/3 of the managers?
