Help with 9th place team(10 teams) whir

Many undrachieving players on my team and I have staid put so far. What should I do?
H2H 10 team, 6x6(holds & OPS) with 6 keepers. 6 teams make the playoffs

C: B. Molina
1B: Konerko/M. Cabrera
2b: Roberts
SS: Rollins
3B: M. Cabrera/Glaus
OF:(play 3) Markakis, Kemp, J. Upton, Victorino
Util: Ortiz

SP: Bedard, F. Hernandez, Sheets, Harden, McGowen, E. Santana, R, Johnson
RP: Putz, Soria, C.J. Wilson, Marmol, Broxton

DL: Smoltz, Blalock

Just added Glaus so I could bench Konerko and I've been shuffling my last roster spot between Holds guys(T. Gordon) and SP as needed. I know the likes of Papi, Cabrera and Markakis are gonna revive but I'm falling so far behind that I can't really wait much longer. Should I try and move Kemp while he's hot, drop Konerko, deal a big name guy in hopes my return is better. any thoughts. I've recieved offers for Cabrera but I think he's a longtime keeper for me so I wont do it, whatd'ya think?

I think your problem areas are catcher and slight problem with OF. Who's in your Free Agent pool? If Pierzenski or Dioner Navarro are in there, then you may look into getting them. For OF maybe Aaron Rowand if he's free, post some of the players available for more help. I really like your pitching, and I believe Miggy will come around, Roberts is meh but not your biggest problem and obviously Rollins is a stud.

I'd drop Victorino for Nady, Nady is quietly having one of the best seasons of any player this year. Looks like your pretty stuck for catcher, I just don't think Molina is that good for fantasy, he's better known for his defense.

I'm not worried about Molina, look at his numbers so far. He's the #3 ranked catcher this season behind McCann and Soto....31 RBIs and a .325 AVG and he bats 4th(I know the Giants suck but I see at least 80 RBI). I like Victorino as a spot starter speed guy with some bonus stats....but I may pick up nady for the short term w/ my floating pitcher spot. Is it too early to give up on Konerko? thanx for the help.....anyone else?

I'm with you on Victorino and his speed - his numbers are obviously low d/t the stretch on the DL to start the season.

As for your question about Konerko - his owner in my league shopped him around in a few trade offers, got no takers and proceeded to unceremoniously dump him. He's an FA now and likely to stay that way. Move him or dump him and use that spot for Nady.

Konerko is done, dump him for Nady as it's been mentioned. Your offense is going to wake up so I really wouldn't do much more then just drop Paul and add Nady. Your pitching looks good, the only thing is that you've got the injury prone guys in Harden, Sheets, and Johnson. Bedard should turn it around eventually and Felix is pretty well known for being inconsistent at times.

Just added Bruce, so adding Nady may not work. If I was to try a deal who would you rather move Kemp or Upton?
