Rounds 20-24

Looking for some guys that will still be around in these rounds that could have a breakout year. Example: rookies and veteran's that should bounce back. Last year I picked up Carl Everett in the 20th round and was pleasantly surprised. Thanks

I think Pat-the bat-Burrell could be on the board... and I'd definately take a shot on him bouncing back. He'll likely go between 16-20 I'm guessing though
