My cousin and I were about 10 PBR's into a draft a few years back. He asked me what I thought of Holliday (before he was awesome) and I said its to early to take him. He picked somebody random and I picked Holliday immediately after him. That was his first breakout year.
Woo
I'm too lazy to make a sig at the moment

This season?
I got a pair. Picking at one end of a 20 team dynasty draft I took Soto as the 6th C off the board. 36 picks later and 10 other catchers had gone off the board.
I also traded Gorzo for Quentin on day two of the season when it looked like Ramirez had won the spot. I now have Gorzo back off the waiver wire.

Last season, right at the beginning of the year, I traded Micheal Young for Matt Holliday and Carlos Delgado for CC Sabathia.
This season I joined a keeper league where we are keeping 3 players at the end of this season. After the draft I traded Billy Wagner, Micheal Cuddyer, and Matt Garza for Justin Upton and Joakim Soria.

Lol. That was my first thought when I read the thread title as well

.
Probably keeping Hanley in my 6 player keeper league before last season, which was pretty risky given the other talent I had to let go.

A couple years ago I traded Rafael Palmeiro for Adrian Beltre at the beginning of the season. This was the season Adrian went off for like 48 HRs or whatever it was. Best trade I've ever made.
