I would take this in an instant. Cueto is being hyped a lot early on, and I don't see him as being a top of the rotation kind of guy. Hitters are already starting to figure him out. Adenhart alone has the potential to outperform Cueto, so you are really getting 2 other solid pitchers. Take it.
Jody, Jody Davis. Hits 'em high and far. Jody, Jody Davis. He's a superstar. Holy Cow!!!! http://www.stinkytee.com
1) Adenhart is overrated 2) Gamel is nice but he isnt this good, he still has more to prove then 1 hot month 3) Aumont is a Mariner, they will find a way to ruin him 4) Cueto has the stuff and is good, he just needs to adjust a bit

Adenhart has the stuff too. He was mowing down batters in AAA this season. I believe he just had a case of the jitters with his first call up. I rank his stuff as the same, if not better, than Cueto. I don't see how you can place the overrated tag on someone who had a couple of shaky starts in his first call to the bigs.

I'd keep Cueto - his stuff is electric. He's the type of guy to really be one of the best in a great career. Can't say that about any of the 3 you'd be getting in return. As far as this nonsense about ML hitters figuring him out? The guy is a kid who is inexperienced and has gotten by with just his stuff in his very young career so far. Wait until he learns the fine points of pitching - he'll be a beast.
I wouldn't say that he got by on his stuff. He currently has a 5.75 ERA, and his ERA through the minor leagues is 3.28. He hasn't really blown anyone away after his two good starts to begin the season. Here's a nice comparison to give you an idea of the Cueto mirage:

Adenharts stuff isn't that good IMO, he could be a middle of the rotation starter if everything works out but thats not the upside I'd want from a prospect. Also he wasn't really mowing them down, in fact he was fairly lucky. He was walking to many and not striking out enough, he was getting by w/ an extremely low BABIP. Like another poster said he's been overrated for a while now (his MLB starts really have nothing to do with it), I've been calling him that for at least a year or two now. His stuff is defiantly a notch down from Cueto and his control is even more notches down.

That 3.28 ERA in the minors is GOLD. If you followed the minors, you'd realize that their defenses are quite poor so naturally there are more hits and runs given up.
Also why are you comparing his stuff to his ERA??? They don't go together. Guys can have great stuff but it doesn't always get reflected in the numbers. Fact is Cueto has unbelievable control, a great fastball with movement and a great slider. If he learns to keep the ball in the ballpark, his ERA will drop immensely. Just check out his Whip compared to your boy Sanchez. Basically, Johnny's peripherals don't match his ERA because of all the gopher balls. That'll change in time. Don't forget Sanchez is 3 and 1/2 years older than Cueto. Once Johnny matures a bit, he'll easily be a must own guy.
