who should I trade? WHIR

My NL-only team is in 1st place but my AL team is crap (7th of 10). I hate the format (2 C, 1B, 2B, 3B, SS, CI, MI, 5 OFs, Util, 9 pitchers) where everyone starts, and it got changed to autopick draft at the last minute, but I digress...
I need to make some trades - please suggest who I can flip and where I need to improve. I'm willing to deal anybody, especially a name that will draw attention.
