Tempe, AZ (Sports Network) - The Anaheim Angels have agreed to terms on a contract for the 2004 season with pitcher Derrick Turnbow.
Turnbow, 26, spent most the 2003 season in the minors. In two stints with the Angels, the righthander was 2-0 with a 0.59 ERA in 11 games.
He earned his first major league win on September 16 against Oakland and owns a lifetime mark of 2-0 with a 3.54 ERA in 35 games.
A native of Union City, Tennessee, Turnbow was selected by the Angels in the Rule V Major League Draft on December 13, 1999.
