After some moves....how does it look?

Postby BobDigi » Sun May 18, 2008 1:40 pm

First year FBB player....Team struggling....but made some moves and we were the high scoring team this week.....Head to Head points...pitching staffs....

stat categories: single(1 pt), 2B(2 pt), 3B(3 pt), R(1), RBI(1), SB(2 pts), CS(-1), HR(4 pt), BB (1 pt)

for pitching staff pretty basic....kinda like defenses in Fantasy Football.....

Trades:
Post-draft traded A-Rod for Alfonso Soriano and garbage(I hate A-Rod...like Soriano...simple as that...I know the value is not equal)

Traded Christian Guzman(free agent pickup) for Matt Kemp

Traded Derrek Lee and Dustin Pedroia for Ryan Braun and Carlos Pena

Traded Joe Crede and Ryan Theriot (both FA pickups) for Robinson Cano and Alex Gordon

C-Brian McCann
1B-James Loney, Alex Gordon, Carlos Pena (no set starter here.....who would you be starting? I have Loney in for the week, but Gordon seems like a better option. Trying to trade Pena.)
2B-Robinson Cano, Jose Lopez
3B-Ryan Braun, Adrian Beltre, Alex Gordon 3B eligible
SS-Michael Young
OF-Alfonso Soriano
OF-Vladimir Guerrero
OF-Manny Ramirez
OF-Matt Kemp
OF-Carlos Gomez
PS-Oakland A's

Am I moving in the right direction? Any advice would be appreciated.
