Need advice on who to drop

We have our yearly minor league draft coming up next month and we only get as many picks as we have room on our 15 man minor league roster. We can only add players this one time of year. This year's pool will include all the players drafted in the upcoming mlb draft, plus we dropped two teams from our league this year so all the players from their minor rosters are availabe. I currently have 13 on my minors roster, which would give me 2 picks. I would like to have 4-5. Would you be comfortable dropping all three of these players?

Brad Snyder - clv
Ricky Romero - tor
Sean West - fla

These three are nothing special, though Sean West could make you regret dropping him in a few years. You might get better insight if you posted your entire minor league roster.

West is really the one I'm on the fence on. Here's my entire roster:

L. Anderson - Bos
N. Walker - Pit
K. Ahrens - Tor.
J. Heyward - Atl
A. McCutcheon - Pit
B. Snyder - Clv

P. Aumont - Sea
J. Meloan - LAD
J. Pino - Min
R. Porcello - Det
R. Romero - Tor
J. Smoker - Was
S. West - Fla

At this point I'm pretty set on dropping Snyder and Romero, so the question is should I drop West (or Pino or Smoker?) for a 5th pick in my upcoming draft?

I would drop Pino instead of West. Pino's stuff is mediocre at best. He will be nothing more than bullpen fodder if he is lucky.
