Who is this guy:
A southpaw, I threw a no-hitter for 8 2/3 innings in my major league debut at age 21. I finished my 2 year ML career with a 3-3 W/L and an ERA of 5.64.
Someone bet me that if I get the name of this player then I get a case of Sam Adams White Ale. Please help me win this brew.
I know there is someone here who knows this.

I just got it, but it looks like someone beat me to it. Does anyone know who got the hit?

I found all the answers on a website called "Lost in the Ninth", it lists all the no hitters that have been broken up in the ninth. I was at the Aug 4th, 1989 where Dave Stieb lost it in the 9th against the Yankess
