News: Rockies head trainer Keith Dugger said SS Troy Tulowitzki (torn left quad muscle) is playing light catch and hit off the tee this week. His return is still undetermined.

Analysis: We predict Tulowitzki still has a few weeks to go. He wasn't projected to return until after the All-Star break. Despite a .152 average, Tulowitzki is a viable Fantasy SS with some power when healthy.

Still no timeline, but that sounds sort of promising.

Troy Tulowitzki is expected to begin a rehab assignment within the next week.

He'll undergo a few more days of drills at Coors field to test the strength in his torn left quadriceps, but says "it's getting really close if there are no setbacks."
