Tulowitzki update from Sportsline:

Tulowitzki doing catching, hitting

News: Rockies head trainer Keith Dugger said SS Troy Tulowitzki (torn left quad muscle) is playing light catch and hit off the tee this week. His return is still undetermined.

Analysis: We predict Tulowitzki still has a few weeks to go. He wasn't projected to return until after the All-Star break. Despite a .152 average, Tulowitzki is a viable Fantasy SS with some power when healthy.

Still no timeline, but that sounds sort of promising.

Denver Post writer estimates Tulo may be back as early as the end of June, barring setback.

And another update from Rotoworld (June 5):

Troy Tulowitzki is expected to begin a rehab assignment within the next week.

He'll undergo a few more days of drills at Coors field to test the strength in his torn left quadriceps, but says "it's getting really close if there are no setbacks."
