Now that you mention it, his post all-star stats are not all that great. Just the same, he is bound to get hot at some point in the next month or so... at the very least, you could have waited until that time, and got a better deal for him... I mean Cain has looked horrible, and Damon hasn't made it through a whole season without missing a lot of games since he was with the Red Sox.

But who knows, maybe that won't happen, and what you did will pay off. With Figgins not playing, I really need his SBs right now. I'll just play him against righties for now, and hope he heats up at some point.

I am looking for value going forward. Rios track record for second half stats is very less than stellar. I only trade the disappointment away, because I already have Matt Holliday (June 10th), Markakis (bout ready to be traded), Mike Cameron, Chris B. Young, Andre Either, Jose Guillen as my OF's.

It's at the point in the fantasy season where slow starts are legit concerns for a less than stellar season.
