i would package 2 of your second teir pitchers ie: lidle and baez or lopez to grab a top 2 catcher, pudge or piazza or another quality outfielder. maybe some wishful thinking but you never know.

Lately, It seems like everyone has been pretty down on Kendall lately.. I would try to acquire him. Johnson could really bust out in Coors, but you never know.

I dont know if I'd be that comfortable with Payton as my 3rd OF

Isnt Shane Reynolds injured? I'd pick up a reliever..Vizcaino, Karsay or whoever's available.

I'd try to do something with Lidle.. He is a notorious slow starter. Maybe drop him for a young pitcher, and pick him back up at the Allstar break? Or package him in a deal for an OF??
