Standard 5x5.
12 man league.
end of the 3rd round...
My team:
Thome
Soriano
I'm looking to take the best all around (regardless of position). Who do you think it is?
Chavez
Rolen
Delgado
Sexson
Ordonez
Wells
Or I could go with a P:
Mulder
Mussina
Zito
Oswalt
Smoltz
Wagner
I'm leaning toward Delgado/Sexson (who I would have to play at Util since of Thome). Thoughts?

Delgado or Maggs either are fine choices....I would go with Maggs probably.

Mags' power drop last year makes me nervous.
What about trying to lock up one of those 3b? I know I said "regardless of position", but I'm a little tempted to look at position scarcity at 3B....

Mags at the end of the third is a gift. Don't turn it away. His homerun number the year before was unusual. Last year it was right in line with what's to be expected. Around 30 dingers.

magglio, wagner, or chavez are good choices. Either one would be acceptable. Just depends on what u want to get in the later rounds, i.e. are u focusing in on a certain fave 3B like Blalock or something. Just fit it to the direction u want u team to go.

I like Delgado or Sexon. Mussina would be a good pick pitching wise.

I would probably go Rolen....to fill the hot corner...although it is very tempting with Delgado....you would have the top 2 1B man...sweet trade bait for a stud at a needed position later if you had to
