Dontrelle continued his abysmal season through yet another AAA start yesterday.

Even more disturbing... his deception seems to be completely gone, even to minor league hitters.

79 Pitches, 46 Strikes. Charlotte hitters swung at 21 of those 46 strikes, and put 19 in play. Only two swings and misses. 19 out of 21 swings with contact. You don't see those kinds of numbers unless you're playing slow-pitch softball.

Things do not appear to be going well for Dontrelle right now. In fact, until he actually pitches better than someone in Detroit's rotation (which shouldn't be that hard right now), he's probably not going to be put back in the majors.

Yahoo Sports! said his coming back for sure. Taking Galarraga's spot in the line up this weekend...

his pitching has been terrible and Galarraga's has been excellent for the most part. I dont know what Detroit mgmnt is doing.
