Teixeira - Injured back

Well, since he's on my team, I'm sure the injury will linger. So far, I have the following players that had supposedly not-so-serious injuries:

A-rod
Smoltz
Raf. soriano
Furcal
B. Roberts (foot yesterday)
Teixeira

I typically go out of my way to draft healthy players (Furcal was the obvious exception this year), and I have no DL space left and almost no one left to play on my roster. Ridiculous.

Back spasms are usually no huge deal, they just take a couple of days to work themselves out (think 2-3 days rather than 5-6)... they hurt like a S.O.B. but then the muscles loosen up again. I'm no doctor by any means, but I have been troubled by the occasional back spasm.

Theriot missed a couple of games a few weeks ago due to back spasms and he was back out there trying to steal bases and everything a few days later like it had never happened.

this is just great. with in a few days ive had figgens,wells,hit the DL. Brian Roberts and Tex are know DTD and just read a very very concerning post about berkman.

hopefully this back spams will go away soon. Why cant he just pop some lortabs and tuff it out?

UGHHHH I literally hit accept for a Vernon Wells trade and he hits the DL about four hours later.... I Just hit accept on the Teixeria deal and he gets this shizzz...... SO FRUSTRATED RIGHT NOW

When Im in pain my reaction is to laugh --so im rolling on the floor laughing now. My starting infield after draft will be gone if Teixera hits the DL (other than Tejada)
