In one of my cbs leagues I thought I was the luckiest man on the planet. I had the 4th pick, and the CBS rankings were as follows: Johan, Ryan Howard, A-Rod.... The first two people didn't show up for the draft, so they got Santana and then Howard. The person picking third was up and took the full amount of time to pick. I really, really wanted A-Rod. At the last second, I see Chase Utley fly off the board. I figured this couldn't be real. I selected A-Rod with the 4th pick, and thought I was extremely lucky. Little did I know Utley would be sitting atop the HR list, and A-Rod on the DL! However, A-Rod's ready to come off the DL hopefully, and mash 50 bombs!

Similar thing happened with me and I accidentally drafted Berkman. I have since traded him, so even though I haven't gotten his great numbers, I got a couple solid players for him, including the likes of Branden Webb.

The same thing happened to me only I missed the first 20 rounds in a 20 team roto league, I'm in 17th place! Woo.
