Worried about my team....

I drafted my team, and I'm a little worried b/c I have some guys that had down years last year...

For example:
M. Ordonez
M. Teixeira
M. Tejada
M. Sweeney
R. Oswalt

And I have O. Dotel for my best closer, when he hasn't ever been a closer.

Should I trade for more consistent guys, or are all these guys supposed to have comeback years?

what about teixiera worries you? the guy is only 23 years old and had 24 HR and 84 RBI last year. he is still 4-5 years away from his prime, so there is nothing to worry about

Mags- his decline in SB's has alot of people worried, but his numbers are solid
Teixiera- see above
Tejada- moving into a good lineup and a great hitters park. i wouldnt worry about him
Sweeney- true professional hitter. if he stays healthy, he'll be his usual rock solid self
Oswalt- Still young, great stuff, good lineup. i feel confident he'll be great
Dotel- i think he'll be a great closer. nothing to worry about IMO
Lopez- huge dropoff from last year IMO, but he'll still be a top 4-5 catcher easily

The guy batted .400 for his career in college in one of the toughest leagues in the country. He'll be fine this year.

teixeira could hit 30+ HR's this year, whats wrong with having that as a starting 1B?
