Am i doing this correct

I am the commissioner of my baseball league.
it is a 8 team league want to have a bigger league next year.
you have a 19 active roster, 8reserves this is how the positions are
2-1b,2b,3b,ss,c
7-f
5 sp, rp

active roster
1 - 1b,2b,3b,ss,c
4-of or 3 of and 1dh
5sp and 5 rp
no reserve pitchers

stats are as follows for batters
Batting avg
slug avg
on base pct
hits with runners in scoring pos
runs
rbis
sb
for pitchers
era
Holds
Saves
Wins
Inherited runners scored
Quality Starts
Strikeouts

and it is a head to head league that is done by catagory for the week
14 catagories
so if A is playing B and after the week the score is A 10 B 2 with 2 ties
the record for the week would be
A 10 wins 2 losses and 2 ties
B 2 wins 10 losses and 2 ties and 8 games out of first

just want to get everyones opinion is this a good way would anyone be interested in joining the league, and suggestions on improving it would be greatly appreciated!!
