Joe Dillon will be a bench player for the Brewers . He plays at first, second and in the outfield corners, . He is below average defensively at second and third but he’s always been able to hit . The Brewers figure to continue to carry him, and if he gets hot again, he’ll force the team to free up some at-bats for him in the outfield. in 2006 played in Japan

Dillon's a utility player. I'm guessing he hit 3rd because Fielder and Hart both were out of the lineup. He has no fantasy value unless you're in a 25 team league with big rosters.

hes a 32 yr old rookie for the brewers. hes a good contact hitter vs lefties, not a lot of power and doesnt offer much defensively.
Although he may still be classified as a rookie, he did log 30-some odd ABs with Florida in 2005, and then another 76 last year with Milwaukee, plus a lot in Japan. A back injury forced him to retire some time ago, but he made a comeback. His minor league numbers last year for Nashville were very good (.317/.405/.605, 20 HR in 319 AB), and those numbers (plus a brief, successful stint in Milwaukee last year) lent themselves to a very generous PECOTA projection for this year (.286/.375/.500, 18 HR in 467 PA). He's yet to demonstrate that kind of HR power for Milwaukee, but he has good gap to gap doubles power and a fantastic approach at the plate. Quite honestly, I wish he'd start eating up some of Bill Hall's ABs, but I doubt it will happen.
Yeah without the back injury he would have been a player at some point, he is a pure hitter. I still don't think he will get a full time role this year and he most ceratinly is not a fantasy option.
