All the answers here are good, but what I like best about being at a game are the little things you don't always see on TV:
The 2B and ss signaling to each other with a closed or open glove for who will cover second on a steal,
the third base coach shaking the home run hitters hand as he rounds third,
seeing which OFers look back at the hecklers in the bleachers and which ones ignore them,
stuff like that.
And of course, batting practice.

I'm surprised no one has said anything about a play at the plate. Watching a guy streak across the basepaths with an outfielder scrambling to fire it to home in time will never fail to excite me. Doesn't count if the throw is off-line though, those suck.
