Remember, Bailey was hampered by a nagging injury last season. With that sorted out, and an apparent improvement in control, I think he is back to the status of top prospect. IMO he's a good pickup because he won't draw the attention of someone like Scherzer or Gallardo last season, but should put up respectable numbers. I really think he'll surprise a lot of owners this year. To make an admittedly optimistic projection:
20 GS, 9-4, 3.34 ERA, 122 IP, 110 K, 60 BB
You may now call me delusional, but I'll continue to disagree with you until history carries your point.

Kind of a gross K/BB ratio prediction...not sure I want that on my team...
an improvement over his 23 Ks to 24 BBs from last year though?

Read on CBS today that Belisle's spot in the rotation next week is listed as starter TBA. Anybody have the scoop on this--maybe Bailey taking that spot?
I'm a Cueto owner, but I think you guys are being a little nice to the kid. HE has been awful lately, and it looks like he is throwing batting practice as many HRs as he has given up. Cueto isn't/hasn't been "startable" in about a month. Take away those first couple starts, and his ERA in north of 7.00. I think the book is out on him already.

Yeah, very true. Cueto only had his first 2 starts go well and one recently against the Cubs but other than that, his numbers have been disgusting. But then again, Belisle's numbers haven't looked good at all in any point of this season.
