You don't know what you're talking about. Sabean is a better GM than Beane, and I don't see Beane losing his job.

There's really nothing to suggest he's still got it.

That said, I do believe in miracles. Maybe sometime in the future, after everyone has not only given up on him, but also forgot about him, he'll pull it together and take people by surprise.

Can anyone think of another player in the last 20 years that has gone from elite to horrendous this quickly. 2 caveats:
- Take out players who were injured (Kevin Brown, Hampton, Schmidt, etc...)
- Take out the obvious Roid Boys (Juan Gone, Gagne)

Chuck Knoblauch.

Granted, there have been some PED questions, but I'm talking about his fielding.

Watching that guy pick up a soft grounder, without even having to move his feet, and then fire it into the twentieth row is just jaw dropping. I don't get it. It's like he forgot how to play catch or something.

Seriously messed up in the head. :-S
