I think he's far from the CY days, and nowhere near worth that rediculous contract he was given. However I do believe he can still be a mid/low 4 ERA starter for the Giants once he works all the kinks out.

The short answer: "No."
Righetti himself said Zito is not the same Zito. His fastball is weak, like Ukraine.
7 years - $126 million
If he gets 5 wins a year, he will definitely hold the record for $/win....and $/loss.
