Looks like Jacobs just left tonights game in the third...not sure why. They pinch ran for him after he hit a 2 run double.

"Mike Jacobs left Wednesday's game in the third inning with a quadriceps injury.

Jacobs came up lame after running out a two-run double. Wes Helms replaced him at first base."
