Instead of doing that trade, why not trade Jones or Tejada for a top-notch closer? Kolb won't get the opps in Milwaulkee, and Soriano is only the backup to Guardado.

I'm actually grabbing Braden Looper off of the WW. Looper along w/ Kolb will get me by. I'm not a big fan of saves. It only helps in 1 cat.

Just because a guy plays for a bad team doesn't mean he won't get opps. They'll win maybe 60 games this year, but a lot of them will be close because they're not outslugging anybody.

But I agree about picking up a top closer. Maybe he could try and get someone for Cabrera....? Since Arod will qualify at third.

See what ya mean Wharf. But anywho, good point with maybe trading Guerrero, you could probably get somebody like Borowski or Issy with him.

I agree, you need more closers (but don't trade ARod). It's been my experience that in Head-to-Head, closers are VERY important because they not only get the saves but can often give you ERA and WHIP help every week since the closer could technically play in every game. No matter what starter you have for whatever team, your still only going to get one maybe two starts per week. Sometimes all you need is 2 or 3 wins to get the point. In Almost every H-to-H league I've managed in, the winner (including myself once) had as many as FOUR closers. I just think they're good to have...
