Don't get me wrong, when I say SELL, SELL, SELL, I dont' mean give him away. However, if you can take advantage of hte fact that he is playing well over his head, do it. I'm lived in Atlanta my whole life and follwed Furcal's career. He was a very good player many years ago, but now he is a guy that will help you in runs and SBs. RBIs, HRs, and average he won't help you. Especially if you are looking at now forward. You don't get credit for his ridiculous .365 average going forward. He will end the year in the .275 to .290 range, which means he hits .260 to .270 the rest of the way.
As far as a breakout, he is 31 I think, and who know if you can believe that. Several years ago it came out that he had lied about his age, so who really knows. No breakout.

Rotowire says there's a possibility he goes on the DL, but it sounds speculative at best.
May 11 Furcal (back) missed a fifth conseuctive game on Sunday.
Recommendation: While the Dodgers haven't yet hinted at a DL move, we're get closer to the point where they're going to have to think about such a move, unless Furcal demonstrates some improvement.
he's getting an MRI and already had a cortisone injection... yikes. My team has lost an indispensable weapon... He cold be gone for a long long time if this is the same thing he had last year

Why are baseball players some of the biggest pu$$ies? They get payed 3 times the money football players do and football player live their lives in pain but they'd rather be crippled then not play.

He played through pain all of last year... hence the crap year... it's probably not his deicison whether or not he plays
Why do most of my DL players come in the league where I have only one DL slot? The two-slot leagues are healthy - I'm getting creamed in the one-slot league...
Does anyone know when he's exected back? What exactly does a back sprain mean in this case? His agent released a quote that he'll be back next week, but he ain't no doctor and i'm sure it's in his best interest to make it seem as if Furcal is recovering nicely...
