Anyone giving up on Swisher?

I added Swisher a week ago after someone dropped him thinking he will be good trade bait soon but I am sick of waiting. I hate dropping a $12 5x5 guy but I have other needs.

It depends on the league, but in most cases I say no. He's currently in my CI spot but I'm planning an upgrade there soon...which will push Swisher to my bench. He's a solid bench player IMO due to his 1b/of eligibility.

He's sits on my bench. His production has been terrible the last few weeks. I'm not going to drop him yet, it's too early but he's not in my starting lineup.

He is also sitting on my bench...I have been trying to unload the bum for a couple of weeks now! So much for my 33hr prediction from him!

I dropped him... but, well, I would have dropped a lot of guys since Kemp was a FA for some reason.

Would any of you drop Swisher for Billy Butler (5x5 ROTO style)

I really think that Butler will soon take off and be a stud this year.

The one thing my team does not need is HR, but I do need avgrage bad.

Trade or bench him but personally, I think he is a borderline replacement player.

I thought he'd be pretty good since my league uses OBP instead of AVG. Buuut, no, he's not worth it.

I only play in league's with OBP or BB's as a cat, so I might be a little bit slanted on this topic, but I still think Swisher is a semi buy low right now........I am still quite confident in his ability to hit 35 dingers this season, and once he gets on one of his notorious streaks.......people will regret having dropped him.

Butler over Swisher in a ROTO 5x5, in which I need NO HR help, but avg. help?

I am only thinkng of his trade value once it heats up.
