2 relative newcomers to the 1B fantasy world, so which do you all see as a more consistent producer throughout the year?

conor is hitting 4th in the lineup, kotchman is what, 6th? that could change, but for the moment conor has more rbi/r opps. he also has been producing a little longer than kotchman, so i trust him more to keep it up.

I have Jackson in all my leagues, he was cheap. In one league I could have picked up Kotchman, but decided against it. Very similar talents, I take Jackson based on the better lineup. I like both of these guys though.

Is the D-Backs lineup that much better than the Angels lineup? :-?

Well the D-Backs have scored 189 runs and the Angels 169 and that is with the D-Backs not having a DH. So with all things being equal and they pretty much are with Jackson and Kotchman, go with the guy in the better lineup. Plus Kotchman is injury prone.

They're both relatively similar hitters, but Jackson has slightly better pop than Kotchman, who's more of a pull hitter, at least in my opinion, than CoJack who will be supported some in playing half of the season in a better HR park than Kotchman's Angel Stadium.
