Howie Kendrick, 2B ANA

News: Angels 2B Howie Kendrick (hamstring), who the team left to rehab in Class A Rancho Cucamonga instead of bringing him off the DL as expected Tuesday, went 3-for-3 with two home runs and three runs scored.

Analysis: Angels manager Mike Scioscia told MLB.com that Kendrick wasn't where he needed to be. I bet he feels a little silly now. Expect Kendrick to come off the DL sometime this week and resume his quest to emerge as a stud Fantasy 2B. He's batting .500 so far this season.

He'd better be back TONIGHT!

is he coming back today ??????? or are they going to wait until the next series with the day off tomorrow? Kendrick has burned me time and time again and im starting to get really annoyed. He just needs to stay healthy when he comes back, when ever that is. i can swap felipe lopez out for him up until today. Lopez has 5 games left, kendrick has 4. My luck ill put howie in and hell suffer a "setback" and sit the rest of the week, lol...

Howie is the most fragile player in baseball (maybe 2nd after Harden).

I've drafted this guy two years in a row only to watch him tear it up for a stretch then get hurt. It's continuous.

I've learned my lesson & I've let someone else deal with him. In a league with weekly lineup changes & limited add/drops he's just not worth it.

Give me a stready, maybe not spectacular guy who'll play everyday over this brittle bum.

The fact he still feels it is indicative that he needs more time.

Wow, this guy just really doesn't want to play. He goes 5 for 6 with a HR in 2 games and he's telling his manager he's "still not ready". He's making Scioscia really sound like a boob trying to defend him. Next thing he's going to be giving speeches on the anatomy of Kendrick's stubbed toe.

Message to Owie Kendrick: You're payed millions of dollars to do your job. Get your ass on the field.
