I don't award for No Hitters/Perfect Games, because in theory, they would count double.
I mean, assuming a minimum for a perfect game of 9 IP, 0 K, 0 BB, 0 ER, 0 H
That would be 4.5 points for the IP (assuming .5 is for each inning, if it's .5 per out, then this is 13.5 points)
10 for the Win
10 for the Shutout
5 for the Complete Game (and really, you can only get a shutout by pitching a perfect game, so thats kind of pointless to have both)
25 for the No Hitter
35 for the Perfect Game
That totals 89.5 points. Essentially, a Perfect Game is 89.5 points at the minimum, due to relatively redundant scoring
Anyway, I would make Innings One Point Per Out. That would help starters a lot. In theory you could keep the Shutout/Complete Game/No Hitter/Perfect Game rewards, but I don't really see why-- I mean, if they earn one of those accomplishments, they're already going to get a lot of points.
