A week ago I would have said no chance... there's just way too many good options for Leyland to bat in front of Inge.
After this week's "shakeup", and the elimination of Jacque Jones from the Tigers, suddenly he's right on the cusp of being an everyday player.
One more move, and Inge is well worth a roster spot. Sheffield is obviously shaky. Guillen isn't much better at 3B than Cabrera. Granderson is playing CF with two below-average corner outfielders around him (defensively). Pudge seems rock solid, but he's always just one foul tip away from a DL stint.
Definitely a situation to keep your eye on... things are changing in Motown.
Inge may kill your average, but he's as good in the power department as any other WW catcher you'll find. Anywhere outside of the C spot he's a nightmare, but if he's C-eligible in your league, it's at least worth a gamble.
