can commisioners on CBS see all trade offers?

subject says it all. twice this year my commish knew the exact details of a trade I offered. it's possible that he spoke to the other owner, but it's also possible that his commish privileges give him access to this type of info.

this is a league where trades require no approval process and no vetoes are possible; trades are process immediately as they are accepted.

does anybody know? can commissioners on CBS see trade offers?

Then your league requires an approval process. The league the OP is in doesn't. And there, the answer is, "NO."

My league requires approval also, but I dont see trades until they are accepted. So for the OP, your commish cant see the trades you are proposing.

Unless he is accessing your (and other) teams to see what trades they have proposed, which is the shittiest move he can make and should cause his removal as commish.
