Offline Draft format (Suggestions?)

How does this format sound for a 12 team head to head league?

21 rounds

3 rounds rounds a day for one week.

doing it all by e-mail.

Serpentine Draft.

There are 17 roster positions now, that will draft people's first 4 bench spots then after the draft they will have 3 more bench spots they can pick up people off waivers.
