Just read this, tread extremely carefully on ARAM:
News: Cubs 3B Aramis Ramirez missed his third straight game Monday against the Reds with a sore left wrist, which was hit by a pitch on Friday. Ramirez tested the wrist on Monday. "He took three or four swings and had to stop," manager Lou Piniella said.
Analysis: This is definitely not a good sign for Ramirez. If he is having this much trouble swinging a bat, he could either miss a few more games or possibly land on the DL. Ramirez is batting .276 with six home runs and 22 RBI. He is a must-start Fantasy option when healthy and Fantasy owners are sure feeling the hurt without him.
Also, just from the past DL stints, I think ARAM is a slow healer..Last year he was out alot of June on a DL stint, it started early June and he came back in late june (6th to 24th) something like that..
