What mad-dash? I added him April 21st ;-D Someone has had Kershaw stashed for a week and a half in my CBS league though...Hoping he gets an injury or something and cuts him loose.

We use CBS to our auction keeper. I snagged Kershaw at the end of my draft for $1. I also have top waiver priority in a 20 teamer (Yahoo).

Kershaw update!

It's really nothing but speculation by a newspaper, if I had a penny for everytime a paper wrote something that wasn't true...

Kershaw update!

Wow, could torre beat around the bush any more?! he has no idea and in all likelihood no control regarding kershaw. kershaw's callup is completely in the hands of colleti and management/scouts, torre's job will be to fill that 5th spot with the best fit.

in all honesty i think kershaw's too young. what's the rush, if he's a phenom his time will come. comparisons to joba and lincecum are ridiculous in that they played college ball and were further along at this point. kershaw should be looked at more as like a felix hernandez or cole hamels type whereas his progression will take a couple years. i don't think he'll have much of a fantasy impact this year.

I think the big question is whether he is worth the #1 waiver claim or not.
