I was watching the Dodgers game tonight. They said the GM was down scouting Kershaw and said they have a plan.
I wonder if Arizona bringing up Mad Max has affected the Dodgers plan?

I think Loaiza getting rocked tonight had more to do with it than anything Arizona did. On CBS, Kershaw is only owned in 29% of leagues. Is it time to pick him up?

Either way, we should definitely start a new topic on this tomorrow, preferably one on each guy, not just one for both... just in case there's any updates or something.

I wonder if it's the same plan they use with their good position prospects last season. Call em up to let em sit...
zing!! They seem to have learned their lesson with Kemp, maybe they've turned over a leaf.

The plan is to only allow Kershaw to pitch 150 innings this year. They are limiting his innings in the minor for a stretch run call up. Now when the stretch run is, is the money question. Most likely July or August, depending on how tight the race is and how well or poorly the Dodgers 5th starter candidates are doing at the time (Guo, Loaiza and Schmidt). Of course an injury here or there could lay rest to their plans.
