i feel bad for gallardo. he was on the way to a great season and being an elite pitcher...i hope this setback doesn't halt his progress. since i'm in a keeper league that allows me to keep gallardo as a 20th rd. pick for next year, i'm keeping him on my DL...but it's bad news for a lot of gallardo owners.

I couldn't wait. Billingsley was available in one league, and I didn't want to risk losing out on him. After that, the pickings get very slim.

Gallardo was the key to my pitching success, his chances of being an ace was going to put my pitching above average....now :-o

A guy who I believed in, but for one reason or another, didn't get an opportunity to invest in at a price I was comfortable with. Just goes to show you that Fantasy Sports are just as much luck as skill.

I get the sense that a lot of you guys are regretting the fact that you drafted Gallardo...which imo, shouldn't be the case

I'm more disappointed that he went down than anything about hating him/never draft again list/etc..

I'm GLAD I drafted him this year and I'm glad it paid off for the limited amount of games he started this year. This guy can be a real stud to come.

I look forward to drafting him again next year, where I'd probably be able to draft him dirt cheap!
