First of all, I don't mind those pickups, yet immediately, I think Wilson will have more of an impact than Mauer. And don't do that deal. Ishii is still is a solid pitcher and you can't give up the best player without getting Pujols or Soriano, at least.
Your hitting, like HRs, RBIs and Runs is great. Speed is ok, but average should be solid.
Some solid pitching, like Vazquez, Webb and Beckett. ut, your pitching talent is no where near as good as your hitting.
Needs: Get some saves and speed.
