Now, i know I need pitching, and a 2nd baseman. Since I have 6 OFs, i can spare one or two. Which players would i need to acquire to fill these needs in your minds? which would best fit my team? Other than those holes, hows the team?
Well, I wouldn't worry too much about 2B, as Reyes will qualify there about two weeks into the season. In the meantime, pick up someone like Alomar (if available) to fill in.....
I love the balance among your hitters. Tons of power, runs, SB's and guys who hit for average. You have such a stacked line-up, you could easily afford to deal a couple of those guys for rotation help. And you do NEED rotation help. I don't like your SP's much at all after Mulder and possibly Clement, but he's a guy I'd much rather have as my third or fourth starter than my second......You really have to get at least one more front-line starter and maybe a second-tier guy as well. I really do like your bullpen, though! Great arms and good depth!
If you can just do something about that rotation, this would be a very menacing team......

Offensivly your team seems solid especially with Chavez, Shef, Tejada and Beltran. I agree that your starting pitching needs some help, but the question what catagories are you playing with? I think FRod will be a great set-up man ifyou are counting HLD's this year.
