why do most game start at say 7:05pm, what's the deal with the 5 mins?

I was always under the impression that it was a sort of courtesy to the media, so pre-game introductions and lineups could be introduced, etc.

I don't know for sure, but this was always my assumption :-?

Worst promotion ever? 7-Eleven paying teams to start games at 7:11 PM. Who would be the sponsor to get games to start at 4:20? :*)
