In my experiencein live drafts there is always at least one guy who is just clueless and doesn't know what he is doing. Have any of you ever been involved in a draft where every owner knew exactly what they were doing?

ya, last year someone drafted Jason Schmidt in the first round. We all thought he was crazy.

Apparently he knew more than we did, however, I still think it was a bad move cuz he could have easily have gotten him later in the draft.

It's not uncommon for one or more people to get rattled during a draft. Takes practice and experience to get used to the flow of things and be able to adjust on the fly.

We pick our new owners who know what they are doing, or if not, they have played football and have showed that they are serious about playing and show a willingness to learn. We do that because we play with salaries, and you need to be on the ball and into it if you want to play with us. Of course, if you have one guy who is clueless, then that's one team you don't have to worry about!
