Just picked up Kemp in my league. I hope he keeps it going.

Number 1 in the last week in Yahoo...4 steals, 6 RBI, 6 hits, and 4 runs in his last 3 games....pretty good for a FA pickup.

Yeah...it's a 10-team league, and I don't understand why Kemp was left out there for so long. I finally had to take him, even though it meant dropping Jacoby Ellsbury. My outfield right now is Josh Hamilton, Manny Ramirez, Rick Ankiel, Alfonso Soriano, Xavier Nady and Kemp.

I drafted him, dropped him when it appeared Torre wasnt going to play him enough. And dropped Ellsbury for him as well last week. Now i've got to decide whether to go get Ellsbury again after dealing with Gallardo's injury.

He's at 60% of his 2007 steals in under 1/4 the games. Two doubles today, not too long till they start turning into long balls.

Someone in a league that I'm a part of, dropped him due to lack of playing time, and what does he do? BLOSSOM!!!
He questioned that move I made, but now I'm making him EAT HIS WORDS!!!
He knows who he is!

Man, am I glad I didn't listen to the folks on this board that told me that trading Kemp for Delmon Young was a no-brainer....haha. Thanks to waiting, I've been able to keep Kemp and then pick up Delmon Young once he was dropped. Sweet.

I figured he'd be a .300 hitter and go 20/20. now it appears he's going to have get on his horse to get 20HR, but looks like 30+ SB is a realistic possibility.
