Torre FINALLY sees the potential in the guy and starts playing him everyday, correctly sticking him in the 3 spot.

Dodgers immediately go on a 6-game winning streak.

Coincidence?

I think not.

I never understood in the first place why he was not playing regularely. This guy is a stud. 5 tools player. The 3rd spot is the place for him to hit.

I was targetting him in all my drafts but was not able to get him. But got him on the waivers in one of them! ;-D

Does he finally have a spot in the lineup? He has been riding the pine for me since opening day.

You guys are a little late to the party. Kemp has had at least four plate appearances in 15 of the last 16 games, compared to in only 5 of the first 10. So, he's been getting regular playing time for over two weeks. Enough of this FINALLY talk about Torre, he's already been committed to Kemp for awhile.

I said FINALLY because he should have been starting Kemp from the beginning of the season. If I remember correctly, Juan Pierre was given MANY starts while Kemp sat on the bench. Torre also screwed around batting Kemp 7th for some strange reason. This lasted until THIS week when he was properly placed in the 3-hole. Surprise! Dodgers offense explodes.

I drafted Kemp knowing he was/is awesome. I was early to the party. Torre was late.

You're right Kemp has finally setlled into the 3rd spot the last 5 games. Before that he was hitting all over the lineup.
