Does anybody here know of a reliably full fantasy chat room? ESPN used to have one last year but it's gone now. I know of several rooms that nobody ever uses, but obviously that does me no good.

Sorry - don't know of anything reliable. In most cases, even if a room is full you can just hope you're lucky and a couple good people will be there, and not only flamers, spammers, etc... Good luck!
