How long before Bailey is called up?

I just picked up Scherzer, Bailey and Kershaw. I think that Scherzer will be in the rotation soon but with a low pitch count. Bailey shouldn't be far behind but really he should be up by now. I picked up Kershaw just to stash for now. I am in a 14 team roto league and we can't do trades so I had to pick up these guys for the run later in the year. Anyone know anything on Homer? He will be a stud.

I like Homer Bailey a lot especially because of how he's worked out some of his control problems and is playing some pretty darn good ball down in AAA. After how Cueto couldn't even get through 2 innings in his last outing, I wanna say Bailey will get his chance pretty soon.
