Okajima's neck? WHIR

I'm on the cusp of trading for him in a league which counts holds... has anyone heard anything about his sore neck, is it a reoccuring problem? He hasn't pitched in awhile, bad luck or is he hurt? Do you guys think he'll still be a premier holds guy? Thanks! WHIR
