help with yahoo rankings

I keep setting my prerankings and trying to save them but it appears as though it is not happening. I go back in to edit and its back to there set rankings. Am I doing something wrong or is this happening to everybody.

Just read another thread about this problem. Ive tried to only rank like 100 players and save but it still didn't work.

Seems loads of people are having the same problems. My suggestion is to send Yahoo a message, to let them know the size of the problem. If enough people write to them, perhaps they'll actually do something. At the moment it's impossible to join a league, unless you want to commit fantasy suicide by getting a team based on their wacky default rankings. Contact them here:

i had the exact same problem last night, and i tried about 10 mins a couple of times after i deemed it useless, and it decided to work! i guess it jus do4es it when it feel like it. keep trying it, maybe it will jus kick in....

I think I may have figured it out. There are two places you can click on to edit rankings

"Edit the pre draft rankings" DO NOT DO IT!

This is the Yahoo default rankings. Click on it and it will wipe out your rankings and put back default rankings.

Instead go to the LEAGUE page, not the TEAM page, and go to where it says you can rank your players. I just tried it again and my saved rankings are still there.

How do you go to the league page if you're not yet IN a league?

You have to join a league, then you will be able to go to their default ranking list and change the rankings.
